ARTWORK COMMISSIONS

The idea for a dedicated public art commission linked to the Biennial is long a wish of the Biennial.  We are delighted to announce that Brazilian artists   OSGEMEOS have accepted our invitation to execute a graffiti/mural on the wall of Kaunas Picture Gallery.
